The Writers Alliance of Gainesville has now posted the location of each author at the Meet the Author Showcase at the Sunshine State Book Festival at the Santa Fee College Fine Arts Hall at 3000 N.W. 83rd Street in Gainesville tomorrow, January 24th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. As you’ll see from the map below, I’ll be in spot 67 at the table for Memoir & Biography. You can also learn more about the other authors who will be selling and signing their books here. I’ll have a plenty of autographed copies of my award-winning book, Finding My Way Home: Fighting Depression Backpacking in Central Florida if you’d like to pick one up!

You can find out more details about the Festival in my blog post back on January 7th,
I was also elated earlier this month to have my essay titled “Anger Sister” published in The Gardan Journal, the official literary journal for Craigardan, the not-for-profit arts organization and educational working farm in Elizabethtown, New York where I attended a creative writing residency last April. “Anger Sister” was first published last year in The Florida Writer and honors a friend I met during residential treatment for depression a year ago.

Thanks, Craigardan!
