If you plan to be near Clermont before you begin Trick or Treating on Saturday (October 31st), you can join me at the 4th Annual Lake County Book Festival in downtown Clermont at Sunshine Book Co.
This will be my third time returning to the Sunshine Book Co. in Clermont for its early afternoon celebration of independent authors. Among the festivities will be local authors showcasing their books in the backyard behind Sunshine Book Co.’s pretty historic store at 647 Lake Avenue in downtown Clermont from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I’ve been privileged to have Finding My Way Home: Fighting Depression Backpacking in Central Florida on their shelves for more than a year, so Kara and I are pleased to be joining them again. This is a great way to meet local authors, and Kara and I are excited to be a part of their event again.
